Insolia High Heel Inserts - Wear the shoes you want

These arch inserts are adhesive so do not slip once in place. They can be quickly fitted into either shoe. Simply peel back the backing from the heel or rounded end of the insert. Leave the backing on the rest of the insert for now.

Your shoe should be dry and clean or the adhesive will not stick properly. Center the heel end of the insert, flat side down, in the heel area of your shoe about 1/8 of an inch from the back wall.

Then center the pointed end of the insole in the arch area of the insole.If the shoes are of a style with a narrow arch it may be necessary to point the insert very slightly towards the big toe area of the shoe.

Try on the shoes. It may be necessary to make tiny adjustments. If it seems there is a bump in the heel area you must move the insert slightly forward. If a bump is felt towards the front of the foot move the insert back slightly. Once you have achieved the optimum position hold the heel section in place and remove the remainder of the adhesive backing, pressing the insert down firmly for a perfect fit.
